How often we wish for another chance, to make a fresh beginning. A chance to blot out our mistakes, And change failure into winning. It does not take a special time, to make a fresh start, It only takes the deep desire, To try with all our heart. To live a little better, To always be forgiving, To add a little sunshine, In a world which we're living Never give up in despair, Nor think you are through, For there's always a tommorow, A chance to start a new

My First Love
My First Love
One beautiful summer
You were waiting for me
In a flashy car, impatiently
To see my face for the first time
I was nervous and curious
To meet a stranger who
I only spoke over the phone
My eyes were searching for grey car
In a crowded street in london
Can’t see the face properly
My heart was beating faster
You smiled and opened the door
I jumped in without thinking twice
Your eyes were sparkling
With joy of seeing me
I was staring at you and thinking
Oh my god…was he the guy
I had being waiting for so long…
My first love….
Two years had gone….
My heart was broken..
Didn’t know you were explorer
Looking for a quick pleasure….
We were so different people
Just wanted you to know….
Didn’t love you for the money….
Still believe in true love…
I promised you one thing
Never, to fall in love….
With a stranger again……..
Midsummer
You loved me for a little,
who could not love me long.
You gave me wings of gladness
and lent my spirit song.
You loved me for an hour
but only with your eyes;
Your lips I could not capture
by storm or by surprise.
Your mouth that I remember
with rush of sudden pain
As one remembers starlight
or roses after rain...
Out of a world of laughter
suddenly I am sad...
Day and night it haunts me.
the kiss I never had.

Ocean
Ocean
I sit here,
remembering my ocean,
missing her,
she is - dynamic stability
never stagnant
in constant motion
ebbing
flowing
She is full of life,
so much beauty,
outside
and in.
She caresses the beach
leaving remnants
of her inner beauty
on the shores for us to find.
There are no cares,
no worries
only beauty and wonder
and a renewed innocence.
She washes away all mistakes
leaving the beach a fresh new slate
Thoughts are clearer
the answers more obvious
and the answerless questions less troubling
All things seem possible
The spirit is clean, refreshed,
renewed at peace
Perhaps one day
I will find a love as stable
and as giving
as the ocean.
Perhaps.
